Bhavya Rathi is a practicing Advocate at the Hon’ble High Court with two years of experience in litigation. She has been actively involved in a broad range of matters including civil disputes, criminal cases, writ petitions, and service matters, both independently and as part of a litigation team.
Over the course of her practice, she has regularly appeared before the High Court and other subordinate courts and tribunals, assisting in complex litigation and contributing to the preparation of pleadings & legal opinions.
