Navin Gupta, Advocate is a third generation lawyer, practicing exclusively in Income Tax matters for the last 27 years and deals Income Tax matters/ litigation right from the assessment level and up to ITAT.
He is having about 15 reported case laws of ITAT to his credit, appeared in more than one thousand cases before CIT (Appeals) and is also revising co-author of the book ‘Income Tax Pleading Practice and Conveyancing’.
He is Ex-President of Income Tax Bar Association, Rohtak and is life member of ITAT Bar Association, New Delhi.
