Mr. Abhinav Goel has more than 10 years of experience in handling disputes before various judicial fora. A notable feature of Abhinav’s practice is the variety of matters handled by him at different forums, ranging from tax disputes including International Taxation and Transfer Pricing, Goods and Services Tax (GST), mergers and acquisitions, distressed assets to constitutional challenges.
Litigation management is his core competency. He has argued most complicated and maximum number of matters before the Customs Tribunal on wide ranging issues relating to classification, valuation, taxability, credit availability etc.
